Founded in 2023, Handy Homes Realty began as a modest vision by creating a housing market that provides affordable, functional, and sustainable living spaces for families and individuals. Recognizing the challenges of traditional agency—We discovered one major challenge is the ability of stakeholders, developers and investors to have access to finance, innovative and practically assessments of the market, lack of exposure and communication in addressing needs of foreign investors and forecasting of return on investment on portfolios for decision making—Handy Homes set out to provide innovative solutions that prioritized quality and adaptability

In its early years, Handy Homes focused on partnering and networking with developers like Devtraco plus, Locus Estate, Apex suit, I2 Developer, Tulip developers and consulted  for specific projects with the London Eyes Development  and Neanic projects.. We have sought to partner with local communities to support urban development and rural housing initiatives.

The journey started with our founder Hannah Boakye Ofori and a team of 6 passionate professionals with diverse expertise in networking, engineering, real estate, and sustainability. Inspired by the need for more accessible housing options, sustainable building and youth engagement in the industry, they developed a unique approach that blended modern construction techniques, cutting-edge design, and eco-friendly materials and proper marketing to absorb the market expansion and provide customer satisfaction.
